how to build an effective team that reacts quickly to change.
Many of us were forced to work remotely the last year. Many teams and companies had to adapt to virtual reality, suddenly. The organization's ability to be flexible in action, i.e. quick adaptation to the needs, a radical change in the way of working, was the key factor in success. The agility and responsiveness of the teams proved to be a key skill.
Trust is the foundation of any relationship.
We often talk about the team. We work in a team, we build teams, we engage teams. We rarely wonder if a group of people who work together is actually a team. We assume that it is and that's it. The last year has significantly verified the way of working, which so far seemed so natural to us, but is not. What are the characteristics of the team? When the colleagues pursue the same goal, create one product, and often communicate with each other, certainly. Are you sure it is sufficient? We often forget, because it seems obvious to us, that the most important thing is understanding, cognition, acceptance, lack of evaluation, openness and consistency. It all coexists when team members trust each other. Seemingly simple, and often so difficult to achieve. However, there is no solidarity in action unless we start with trust. This is what makes a real team different from a group of people working on one product.

Processes give us security, provide standard of services, so we stick to them at all costs. Forgetting that people create the company, colleagues, customers, partners. Even the best procedure cannot replace any relationship. Communication is the key to success. We should put it above processes and tools, bloated documentation and multi-page contracts. We do not deal with it enough because it is a demanding task. They require time, patience, empathy and the acquisition of listening skills. However, by putting people and interactions, prototypes and cooperation with clients first, we will ensure agility and flexibility of our organization. Both of these features turn out to be indispensable in the constantly changing reality of the entrepreneur.

What makes some employees enthusiastic and proactive in approaching each task, being creative, taking the initiative and willing to share their ideas?
As managers or entrepreneurs, we often look for just such committed employees, but we forget that it is up to us whether the team is involved or only passively performs its tasks.
Seeing colleagues as people who have private lives, passions, good and bad days. Understanding and curiosity, clear goals, and finally radical candor. They will help us create the right atmosphere for the development of individual team members. This is a prerequisite for the company's growth. These factors are a necessary mix to create an independent and responsible team.
