How can I attend the lectures?

Lectures are held at PPNT Gdynia in building III, cinema hall. 

Where can I find the festival INFO point?

At the reception desk of the III PPNT Gdynia building. Our volunteers will answer all questions about the GDD program and accompanying events. Do not hesitate to ask!

Are the events broadcast?

The lectures on 3rd of July, will be viewable online on our Facebook profile of Gdynia Design Days. Follow us to stay up to date.

Do I have to pay to take part in the events?

Participation in GDD is free (some have a limited number of places). 

Does GDD take place only in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia?

Not only. You will also find our exhibitions and events in the city. Among others at the Gdynia City Museum, Gdynia Film Centre and Riviera Center. Detailed locations can be found on the festival map.

What form is this year's festival taking?

This year's edition of GDD has a stationary character. All events: exhibitions, meetings, workshops, walks take place in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park and in various locations in Gdynia. Some events, such as workshops, require advance registration – the number of places is limited.

Do I have to register to take part in the events?

Not all, but some. The events are available only to logged-in festival participants, so you need to create a My GDD account first. All information about registration can be found on the website of a specific event.

How do I set up My GDD account?

It is very easy. Follow the instructions:
1. Go to www.gdyniadesigndays.eu.
2. Click the My GDD tab.
3. Complete the form. Remember to mark the required consents.
4. Done! You have access to GDD events.

What are the benefits of setting up a My GDD account?

By creating an account, you become part of the GDD community.
But that's not all.
1. Create a personalized calendar – an action plan thanks to which you will not forget anything.
2. You will check detailed information about exhibitions and events – all data gathered in one place.
3. Buy tickets for paid events – permanent access to order history.
4. Join the newsletter – a regular dose of new information.
5. You will gather knowledge and inspiration – access to the account throughout the year allows you to return to the festival after its end.

Do I have to pay to use a My GDD account?

No way! Registration is voluntary and free of charge – and makes you part of the festival community.

I have a problem with logging into my GDD account. What do I do?

Check whether you’re using one of the browsers listed below (or their newer versions):
• Chrome 45 (Beta versions of the browser are not supported)
• Firefox 40
• Internet Explorer 10
• Safari 8
Make sure that you use the same e-mail address to which you received the registration confirmation to log in. You can also reset your password and create a new one.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Don’t worry – just click “password reminder” and provide your e-mail address. You’ll quickly get an e-mail and recover access to your account.

Can I use my GDD account on my phone?

Yes, you can use your account on your computer, tablet and phone. Whichever you prefer.

Can I deactivate my GDD account?

Of course, you can do it at any time. If you want to remove your My GDD account, contact us at centrumdesignugdynia@gmail.com. We’ll write you back with the exact date when your account is deactivated.

How do I take part in the events?

Check the location of the event in your calendar on the Moje GDD account, in the event description or on the festival map HERE. You can use the option How to get there? available on the website. 

How do I take part in a walk?

Registration for guided walks is required through the My GDD account. The number of places is limited. Walks start from various locations in Gdynia – a specific place is indicated on the event website. The walks are conducted in Polish. The walks last about 2 hours. The routes also include stairs down and up. If you are a person with limited traffic, please let us know in advance, we will try to adapt to your needs.

Will I get an invoice for my ticket to the Design talks Business Sustainability Summit?

Yes. When making the payment, you can choose your preferred purchase confirmation – a receipt or a VAT invoice. In order to get an invoice, you need to tick the “Company Order” box and provide your tax ID number when making the purchase.

Can I return my ticket to the Design talks Business Sustainability Summit?

No, the tickets are not refundable. You can make someone else happy and donate your ticket to another person. Let us know about it by writing us at centrumdesignugdynia@gmail.com.

Where will I find my tickets?

Your order history is recorded in your My GDD account. You have permanent access to it. Access to events is also possible from your My GDD calendar.

Accessibility for people with disabilities

Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia is adapted to the needs of disabled people and people with wheelchairs.

Is there a car park at PPNT Gdynia?

There is a paid underground car park in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia. The entrance is behind the buildings of PPNT Gdynia, from the SKM side.

How can I find festival center?

The main festival center is located in the building III of Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, 81-451 Gdynia.
Festival center can be easily reached by SKM, bus, trolleybus, car and even by bike.
